Condition – 8.5/10. This Crash Ride is in OUTSTANDING condition! It has some minor stick marks and otherwise no keyholing, fleabites, dents, or dinks.

This 22in Sand Crash Ride is a dark sounding cymbal with a short sustain. What stands out is its relatively trashy crash sound and a white-noise edge courtesy of its rivets!

Meinl Byzance Vintage Sand Cymbals are hand hammered from B20 bronze alloy and sandblasted for a distinctly recognisable surface. These cymbals are the sonic equivalent of kicking back on a relaxing beach, with a soft feel and low, dark n’ dry tones, they aren’t too loud or too quiet, they’re just right!

With its great stick definition and short sustain, you can dig into Byzance Vintage for total control at all times. It’s a sound that fits into any music that isn’t in the upper decibel levels.

The Byzance Vintage series is full of unique tones for drummers who want to express themselves. With a distinctive earthy look, Byzance Vintage cymbals are created by a process in which the metal becomes very flexible. This gives Byzance Vintage cymbals their own unique response due to the slight deformations that can occur at the cymbals edge. These idiosyncrasies give Vintage its own unique standard, and while they may give some deviance to response, they won’t affect the sound.
