FREE UK DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £149*

Drummers Only mostly use DPD Local for all our high value deliveries throughout Mainland UK. They both provide a great service whereby they provide all customers with a approximate delivery time window, saving you having to sit in all day waiting on you parcel to turn up!  For some larger oversized or unusually shaped items we may however have to use an alternative courier as DPD are unable to take these items.

Smaller items up to around 2kg will be sent using Royal Mail.  Delivery times are usually between 3-5 working days for Mainland UK, 4-7 working days for the Highlands and Islands and up to 10 working days for European deliveries.

You also have the option at checkout of choosing a next day delivery service where items are in stock.

*There may be a delivery surcharge applied for very large items.  These are classed as freight by courier companies and therefore cost a lot more to send. This surcharge will  generally apply to complete kits which are supplied in a single box, electronic kits and any kits with larger bass drums.  The delivery surcharge cost for these items will be clearly shown on the product page and at checkout.

**Please Note – we are currently unable to accept orders for the Channel Islands through our site due to issues with VAT & shipping. Please contact us for a quote if you are looking to place an order.

EU DELIVERY is AVAILABLE ON ORDERS OVER £150

EU order which total more than £150 can be sent to most countries** within the European Union. Please CONTACT US for a quote.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders for items which are in stock within 1 working day. (Our web teams business hours are 10am – 5pm Monday-Friday). In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of any delays or offer an alternative. Large Letters and Small Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail.

Items over 5kg will generally be dispatched by DPD Local and are fully insured whilst in transit. Please ensure you check the items thoroughly before signing for them – if the items are damaged on delivery, please ensure you sign for them as ‘damaged’. Goods ordered through the website may also be available to collect from our store however this must be selected when ordering.

For oversized and irregularly shaped items we may have to use an alternative courier as DPD Local are unable to accept these items into their network.

EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY

Our express courier delivery is between Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm. If you provide us with an e-mail address or mobile phone number they will e-mail/text you on the morning of delivery to advise an hour window in which they will deliver. If there is no-one available to receive the goods then a card will be left with the local depot details for you to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery date. They will then hold the goods awaiting your response. Once you have contacted them and they have made a second delivery attempt, if there is still no-one available to receive the goods then you will be required to uplift the goods yourself from their local depot or pay a further charge to have the goods re-delivered.  Please note that DPD Local are unable to leave goods safe – there must be someone available at the deliver location to accept the goods.

DPD Local often give you the choice to have goods delivered to a parcel locker or pickup store for collection. Please be aware that the vast majority of the parcels we send out will be far too big to fit in a locker and many items are too big to be accepted at a pickup store.

We strongly advise against arranging to have yours parcels delivered to a parcel locker or a pickup store.

Generally the parcel will never be delivered to either and will end up being returned to us. We then have to charge a redelivery fee to have the goods sent out to you again.

Should you decide to use this service from DPD Local then it is entirely at your own risk.

We require proof of delivery for all goods – usually this is a photo from the DPD Local driver. Should you choose to have the goods left in a safe place then you are responsible should the goods go missing. If the order cannot be delivered due to issues with your address they will be returned to our warehouse and you will be credited for the cost of the goods – NOT the shipping charges.

Please note that our express service is only available on orders placed before 1pm on the day of dispatch.

DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise agrees in writing signed by the seller, all delivery dates are estimates.  Drummers Only will make all reasonable effort to deliver all products within the time specified; however, in no case shall Drummers Only be liable for any expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered by the buyer as a result of the any failure to deliver by the specified date.

*Please note that for DPD Local orders that have been split or have back-ordered items on them, only the initial delivery is guaranteed to go with DPD Local.  Subsequent deliveries (especially for smaller, low value items) may be sent by other delivery methods.
