These terms and conditions apply to all users of this website (henceforth referred to as “you”), and are upheld at all times by Drummers Only Ltd (henceforth referred as “we”). By using this website you agree to the terms as set out in this document, if you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use this website.

 

 

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, AMEX, Paypal, Affirm, ApplePay or GooglePay.

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 working day, however our courier doesn’t collect at weekends so any orders received on Friday night through to Sunday will not be dispatched until the Monday.  This excludes all Public Holidays and Bank Holidays

In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of any delays or offer an alternative.

METHODS OF DISPATCH

Smaller items may be dispatched by Royal Mail or Evri and most larger/valuable items will be dispatched by our couriers DPD Local and are fully insured whilst in transit.

Please ensure you check the items thoroughly before signing for them – if the items are damaged on delivery, please ensure you sign for them as ‘ damaged’ or ‘unchecked’. Goods ordered over the internet may be available to collect from our store however this must be arranged when placing the order.

DELIVERY TIME

UK orders placed using our standard delivery services should generally arrive within 3-5 working days.  This is providing the item(s) ordered were in stock at the time of ordering.

For UK orders placed using our DPD Local service: most areas of the UK are on a next day service, however remote areas can take a further 1-2 days to arrive.

DPD Local will contact you on the day of delivery either by email or by text to advise an hour window when they will deliver. If there is no-one available to receive the goods then a card will be left with the local depot details for you to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery date. They will then hold the goods awaiting your response. Once you have contacted them and they have made a second delivery attempt, if there is still no-one available to receive the goods then you will be required to uplift the goods yourself from their local depot or pay a further charge to have the goods re-delivered. We require a signature upon delivery of the goods. Our courier CANNOT leave the goods without a signature. If they are not collected, they will be returned to our warehouse and you will be credited for the cost of the goods – NOT the shipping charges.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Any delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Most mainland UK deliveries over £149 are dispatched with free delivery.  For orders under £149 delivery prices will be calculated at checkout.

All goods and services are sold in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/eu). The purpose of this directive is to ensure that the consumer is given clear and accurate information about the goods and services supplied by the retailer to help give consumers confidence when buying online. Note: Goods and Services sold prior to the 1st June 2014 where sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334).

We can not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and compatibility with ourselves or manufacturers before ordering. All goods are offered for sale subject to being unsold at time of purchase. In the event of non-availability of goods, We will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund where applicable. All prices quoted (except for pre-owned items) include VAT at the current rate of 20%.  Pre-owned goods are subject to 0% VAT as we operate using the UK VAT Margin scheme.

All goods remain the property of Drummers Only Ltd until paid for in full. Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice.

Please note that goods advertised may have been on display in-store and may be re-packaged prior to dispatch.

All goods (except pre-owned goods) are supplied with at least one years manufacturers warranty. In the event of any problems simply contact us by phone on 0141 429 3799 or email us at info@drummersonly.co.uk quoting your receipt number.

All discount codes & coupons (when available) will generally always be exclusive of all sale items and finance sales.

We are unable to accept returns of any custom made items designed to work together as a unique package, such as drums built to a customer’s personal specifications. Exceptions may only be possible with prior agreement of the vendor, and may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of 25% minimum, providing the goods are in original stock condition.

  • Should you wish to return a pre-owned item you have purchased through our website you have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us that you will be returning the item(s). You can do so by filling out our CONTACT FORM or if you have an account on our site then you can complete the form under the RETURNS SECTION on your account page.
  • Should Drummers Only agree to part-exchange or purchase items for an agreed price there is always a 48 hour ‘cooling off’ period whereby either party can terminate the agreement within this period.  The customer can request to cancel the trade/sale to Drummers Only, return any payment and collect the goods from the store and Drummers Only can choose to cancel the agreement to exchange or purchase the items and return the goods to the customer.

Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

OUR WEBSITE/MAIL ORDER RETURNS POLICY

Should you wish to return a new item you have purchased through our website or over the phone you have 30 days* from the date of delivery to inform us that you will be returning the item(s). (*Please Note – the returns period for pre-owned items is 14 days).  You can do so by filling out our CONTACT FORM or if you have an account on our site then you can complete the form under the RETURNS SECTION on your account page.

You then have a further 14 days to ensure the goods are returned to us safely at the address below. All items must be unused and in the original product packaging to be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any items which have been returned as unwanted and cannot subsequently be sold on again as new. This fee will be dependent on the condition of the goods. Please note that postage charges paid will not be refunded.

We can arrange collection of the return if required however there will be an uplift and delivery charge for this service which will be deducted from your refund.  This is usually £20 for most next day delivery areas but may be more for larger goods and 2/3 day delivery areas.

Please note that products that have contact with the ear, nose or throat (ie. in-ear headphones) can only be returned for a full refund if sent back with hygiene seals unbroken and in unused condition. Customers who have purchased goods outwith the UK will have to arrange their own return postage.  Special order items purchased online or over the phone are not eligible to be returned unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

HOW WE DEAL WITH GOODS THAT ARE FAULTY ON ARRIVAL

If an item is faulty on arrival we will send an immediate replacement (if in stock) and collect the broken item from within the UK only. Customers who have purchased goods outwith the UK will have to arrange their own return postage. If we have collected any item which however proves not to be faulty, then the customer shall be liable to pay for the uplift and delivery charge (usually a total of £20 but will be more for large items). If we have arranged any uplift for ANY reason from a customer and the customer is not at home at the agreed time, or the goods are not able to be collected due to a lack of packing then we will either charge a £10.00 fee (charged to us by our courier), or ask that the item be returned by the customer directly.

OUR IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for any purchases made in-store or through face-to-face transactions.

If you change your mind after making a purchase in-store we are unable to provide a refund. We may however be able to offer a credit note. Credit notes are valid for a limited time and can be used toward future in-store purchases and cannot be refunded.

We always encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before finalising a transaction. Goods are available to try in-store prior to purchase.  Returns would only be considered for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Approved returns will be issued as a credit note only. Special order items ordered in-store are not eligible for return.

This policy does not affect your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed products.

In accordance with consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2013, the consumer has fourteen calendar days in which to cancel the contract of sale. The goods must be unused, boxed, with all accessories, and in ‘as new’ condition and must subsequently be returned within 14 calendar days. Any claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned within a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with the amended Sale of Goods Act 1979. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on goods which prove to be non-defective. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item. In the case of a refund (when the sale has been cancelled) we will NOT refund the initial carriage charge. Also we will charge a collection fee if the customer cannot return the goods themselves. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All goods are sold subject to the The Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. E&OE. and the Distance Selling Act 2000.

All payment transactions are completed on a secure server with 256 bit SSL encryption. Should you choose to store your credit or debit card details for future purchases these will be securely stored by our payment providers Revolut & PayPal. We do not store any card details on our own servers, a java applet connects you directly to Revolut or PayPal at checkout to enter your card details in order to complete the transaction.
