Delivery to Mainland UK addresses is FREE OF CHARGE on ALL orders regardless of the order total!


Orders which total more than £150 will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to most countries* within the European Union. If the order is less that £150 delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Drummers Only use DPD Local for all our larger courier deliveries throughout Mainland UK and the EU. They provide a great service whereby they provide all customers with a 1hr delivery window, saving you having to sit in all day waiting on you parcel to turn up! Small and low value items may be sent by Royal Mail standard services or through Parcel2Go services and delivery times are usually between 2-3 working days for Mainland UK and up to 10 working days for European deliveries.

You also have the option at checkout of choosing a next day delivery service where available.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. (Our business hours are 10am – 6pm Monday-Saturday, 12-5pm on Sunday). In the event an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of any delays or offer an alternative. Small and low value items may be dispatched by Royal Mail Postal services or through Parcel2Go services. Large and high value items will generally be dispatched by DPD Local and are fully insured whilst in transit. Please ensure you check the items thoroughly before signing for them – if the items are damaged on delivery, please ensure you sign for them as ‘ damaged’. Goods ordered through the website may be available to collect from our store however this must be selected when ordering.

Next Day Courier Delivery

Next day courier delivery is between Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm. If you provide us with an e-mail address or mobile phone number they will e-mail/text you on the morning of delivery to advise an hour window in which they will deliver (Please Note: This service is only available on DPD Local deliveries and may not be available in some EU areas). If there is no-one available to receive the goods then a card will be left with the local depot details for you to contact them to arrange a suitable delivery date. They will then hold the goods awaiting your response. Once you have contacted them and they have made a second delivery attempt, if there is still no-one available to receive the goods then you will be required to uplift the goods yourself from their local depot or pay a further charge to have the goods re-delivered. We require a signature upon delivery of the goods. Interlink Express and DPD CANNOT leave the goods without a signature. If they are not collected, they will be returned to our warehouse and you will be credited for the cost of the goods – NOT the shipping charges.

Please not that the next day service is only available on orders placed before 1pm on the day of dispatch.

Unless otherwise agrees in writing signed by the seller, all delivery dates are estimates.  Drummers Only will make all reasonable effort to deliver all products within the time specified; however, in no case shall Drummers Only be liable for any expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered by the buyer as a result of the any failure to deliver by the specified date.
