Greggs signature drum is a 14×6.5 Steel Shell. It’s a drum you can crank up to high heaven, or get it tuned real low with tons of dampening. Regardless of your preference, this snare sings and ticks all the boxes.
The shell is 1mm steel. Fitted with triple-flanged hoops, Dixon Exclusive Slide-Lever Style throw-off and adjustable butt end. This drum also comes with a Drummer’s Pouch & a Free “Brite Key”. Its sure to be a hit for those wanting a signature snare, without the heavy price tag.
The “Purple Titanium“, believe it or not, is a purple, titanium shell!
This drum is a hammered steel shell. Hammered Steel delivers extraordinary versatility in the high to mid tuning range, compounded by the subtle warmth of metal. The shells are plated in titanium, then heated to a colour-specific temperature for a striking mirrored effect. Includes a free “Drummers Pouch” for keeping drum keys and spares in!
An ideal snare for a beginner looking to upgrade their snare drum. The 14 x 6.5” Cornerstone Aluminum Snare Drum is crafted from a 1.2mm aluminium shell, providing crisp high tones with a warm mid and low end. The 14” x 6.5” shell provides excellent versatility, offering a high-end crack when turned up, or a real throaty growl if taken down.
Dixon Classic 14X5.5 Steel Snare
If you’re looking for your first metal snare, away from the standard snare that comes with a beginner kit (usually made from wood), then this is a great introduction. The “Classic” 14×5.5 snare is 1mm Steel Shell and has the facility to be cranked right up, or taken low for a real throaty growl.
