We are excited to present the new Continental and Continental Club line from Ludwig Drums. Ludwig started a process of meticulous customer research and creative fine-tuning three years ago, and it has culminated in something undoubtedly special: an iconic American design exclusively for the european market.
The Ludwig kits feature a design that has been carefully fine-tuned to produce the greatest sound possible. These features include the vibrant tone and recognisable smooth throw off that we have come to expect from a Ludwig kit. Since the Ludwig team in Monroe produces each kit, it goes without saying that their quality and durability are always state-of-the-art.
ContinentalÂ
The Continental kit is crafted with 7-ply, 7.2mm hybrid maple shells, Remo heads, and a variety of add-ons, such as extendable spurs and an optional mount with Vibraband, all of which are intended to produce a rich, resonant sound.
The vast variety of fan-favourite colours and finishes available for you to pick from, including the classically gorgeous Natural Maple, Silver Sparkle, and Green Sparkle, as well as a sumptuous Black Satin, give the Continental flair and individuality..
The new Continental range is available in a range of configurations, all of which include a matching snare drum:

Continental Club
The Continental Club is an ode to 1970s retro flair and comes in two effervescent finishes: White Marine Pearl and Blue Sparkle. It has hybrid cherry shells that are inspired by the legendary limited edition Club Date series.
The new Continental Club has the same characteristics as its predecessor but includes the classic rail mount with Vibraband, single lugs and gullwing spurs.
The Continental Club Kit is available in the 20×14, 14×14, 12×8, 14×5.5in configuration, with more options set to be announced soon!
