Happy Birthday, Ginger Baker!
Perhaps known best known for co-founding Cream and his, ahem, “fiery” personality, Ginger Baker was a phenomenal drummer and extremely influential, sighted as a major influence on many of the modern great players today. He’s one of the most controversial players of our time, and although he’s no longer with us, it can’t be denied that his presence and unmistakable sound make him a real icon of the drumming world.
