His advice was second to none as neither my daughter or I had the first clue about what would be best and reassurances about noise levels…or at least the lack of it so that their neighbours would not hear my grandson playing! Nevertheless the customer service has been excellent. Chris took time to understand fully my problem, made several useful suggestions and took it upon himself to experiment with potential suggestions on his own kits and out of hours too.
