Nevertheless the customer service has been excellent. Chris took time to understand fully my problem, made several useful suggestions and took it upon himself to experiment with potential suggestions on his own kits and out of hours too. I cannot praise the service I've received highly enough but can absolutely recommend Drummers Only as a company to do business with. This is how you hope all companies would operate.
