Brand: British Drum Co
Based in Stockport and founded by Master Drum Builder Keith Keough, The British Drum Company adheres to the proudest traditions of British drum manufacturing, using only British made shells, employing striking design and committing to constant innovation.
Legend is the British Drum Company's flagship drum set and is the ultimate offering for any drummer.
A culmination of tried and tested traditional methods of shell moulding have resulted in a cold pressed birch shell with mahogany reinforcement rings. Renowned for its studio qualities and live performance, the birch shell pushes very strong mid to high end frequencies and channels a powerful clean tone, that is enhanced by our signature mahogany reinforcement rings.
The shell is furnished with a hand cut 45 degree bearing edge which is finished to a very high standard. Attention to detail is taken in every aspect of the Legend's make up, and no other kit rivals it for its unique cold pressed shells and tonal quality.
The birch ply shell is made up from a 10ply, 6mm thick shell using cross laminated plies. Using almost as many plies to every mm creates a super strong shell for its thickness that enhances the tonal character of the birch shell. The Legend kit is available in six standard finishes but can also be tailored to your specific finish on special request.

Last Salesman finish Classic Maple available! This limited edition finish has now been discontinued by Ludwig meaning this is the last one we'll see.
This revitalization of the 1950s/1960s Sales Rep Kit in collaboration with Patrick Carney (Black Keys) is a superb nod to the past. Proudly made in Monroe, North Carolina, Ludwig takes great care in selecting only the finest quality materials for Classic Maple drums.
This process starts with select North American maple. The maple is cut into panels. The outside panel is 1.8mm thick, two ply, cross laminated maple. Cross lamination is the process in which the panels are made of two glued plies of wood, with the grain direction of one ply at 90 degrees in relation to the grain direction of the adjacent ply. The outside grain runs circumferential with the shell.
The center panel is 2.4 mm thick, three ply, cross-laminated maple. The middle ply runs circumferential with the shell, and the outer plies are at 90 degrees. The inside panel is 1.8mm thick, two ply, cross laminated maple. The inside grain runs circumferential with the shell. This gives the 7-ply shells a total thickness of 6mm.
The bearing edges are cut to a 45 degree angle within 1/16" from the outside edge. The sharp edges are rounded by light sanding for a smooth even surface. This process results in what is the unmistakable signature Ludwig sound.
Finish: Back in the 50s & 60s, Ludwig Road Reps would take similar kits door to door, with the range of finishes applied to one drum. And thus, the Salesman kit was established.
*Please Note: Stands, Cymbals and Snare not included, shell pack only.
New for 2016 - Keystone X - a bold new twist on the classic Ludwig sound.
Rather than merely revisiting the sound that made them famous, Keystone Series Drums carve a new niche in Ludwig's sonic identity. In fusing of their Classic Maple shell core with American Red Oak, Keystone's "pre-EQ'd" tone sculpts focus and articulation for the drummer seeking volume, attack, and power.
Made in the USA
Keystone Series is made under the same strict quality and structural standards as all Classic Maple and Legacy drums. A perfect balance between high-volume cut and subtle articluation is achieved for the live music drummer, putting a modern twist on a century of custom American drum making.
Three-ply Classic Maple core with 1/16" inner and outer plys of American Red Oak.
Keystone's 5-ply combination of a Classic Maple three-ply core between inner and outer 1/16" plys of American Red Oak creates a thin, dense shell that speaks loudly with quick, even decay. To draw further resonance from this unique hybrid, the dual 45-degree bearing edge is pulled to the center of the shell to seat perfectly into the head.
Finish: Arctic Oak - matte lacquered shell (inner and outer)

Brooklyn, USA where Gretsch drum kits were born, back in 1883. Brooklyn series celebrates the rejuvenated Brooklyn city passion and spirit and expands on its distinctive shared American experience. These truly beautiful drum kits are hand-crafted by a team of veteran drum builders.
The Gretsch Brooklyn drum kit has its own distinguishable sound by fusing old drum building techniques with modern attributes. The new 3mm 302 double flange hoops which are a feature with this drum kit are inspired by the classic Gretsch hoops from the 1950’s, they produce a much more open and ambient sound than that of the traditional die-cast hoops. These Natal Originals Split Lacquer shell packs are exclusive to the UK!
Whether on stage or in the studio the Birch Series provides workhorse versatility with unquestionable thoroughbred performance.
Birch, a hardwood, gives a full bodied sound as its tight grain structure produces plenty of low-mid punch. Birch, although more resonant in the top end than Ash, still has plenty of attack while maintaining a ‘mid-scooped’ tone, a quality favoured by studio engineers and recording artists.
The shells all feature 7ply American Birch.
Finish: Blue Sparkle Outer, Piano White Inner - split lacquer
Please Note: Stands, snare and cymbals not included.
From those very first amplifiers built in the back of Jim Marshall's music shop in 1960s London, right through to the present day purpose-built factory in Milton Keynes, Marshall Amplification has always supported British design, British innovation and British manufacturing. It's this ethos that has made the Marshall name, and of course the Marshall sound, recognised the world over. Constant research and development, the manufacture of high quality products and the active search for new opportunities are at the very heart of Marshall. This is the reason why Marshall Amplification is proud to be affiliated with iconic British percussion brand Natal UK.
Natal is committed to producing drums and hardware of the highest standard of quality. As well as being British designed Natal drums and hardware are British quality controlled. This means that ply shells, flat metal shells and hardware, exclusively manufactured in Taiwan, are quality controlled by Natal’s dedicated team working closely with all factory departments at every stage of manufacture. This is essential in communicating the high standard of quality required. Being there on the ground, face to face, also builds greater synergy between Natal UK and the production team in Taiwan. Mapex started the design of Armory with the idea that players want to spend more time playing and less time tuning their drums. The result is the SONIClear™ Bearing Edge, which increases the contact between the drumhead and shell and allows the head to sit flat on the edge, this produces a stronger and more centred pitch and makes the drums remarkably easy to tune.
The increased contact also enhances shell vibration, making the tonal nuances produced by different shell materials more prominent. The effect of the Armory Hybrid Shell, which uses a blend of maple and birch, is increased brilliance and projection on the rack toms and a fatter and darker punch from the floor toms and bass drum.
Finish: Arctic White
*Please Note: Cymbals and Stands are not included.

The stunning Hand Hammered Series is hammered entirely by hand to create that warmer, lower tone that’s synonymous with hammered shells.
Hand Hammered metal snare drums feature a 1mm thick steel shell with an impressive plated finish. Each shell is hammered entirely by hand creating that warmer, lower tone, synonymous with hammered metal shells. The lower fundamental tone pitches hammered snare drums between wood and flat metal.
During the hammering process extra care is taken to avoid hammering around the seating of the lugs and the throw-off to ensure that they fix flush to the shell. Each Hand Hammered snare is fitted with ‘Sun’ double lugs, Tri-Throw snare mechanism, Tru-Tune tension rods, 2.3mm chrome hoops, 20 strand snare wire, Natal branded snare ribbons and Remo heads.
The Falcon Single Pedal (P1000) and the Falcon Double Pedal (P1000TW) are completely new designs from Mapex and both models are designed to be the smoothest-playing pedals ever made.
The Falcon’s exclusive hollow inox steel drive shaft offers the utmost in strength without adding unwanted drag or excess weight. This increases the smooth operation of the pedal and gives Falcon a sensationally smooth feel. By allowing the torque-free spring mechanism to move independently the Falcon’s stroke and recoil motions are exceptionally smooth and feel more natural to the foot.
"Every feature and adjustment has been engineered to make Falcon feel as if it's an extension of your foot," said Joe Hibbs, R and D Manager at Mapex USA. “Every artist that has tested this pedal has been able to fine tune it to their liking within minutes — right out of the box. Falcon is a pedal for the people. This is a pedal that can satisfy virtually every drummer.”
Because the Falcon’s footprint is more compact than other bass drum pedals, it’s easy to comfortably position between the hi-hat and snare stands. The Falcon’s easy-to-reach, resistance-free Talon clamp adjustment can be tightened with one hand from a seated position, making set-up quick and easy, even in the tightest spaces.
The Falcon’s patented Talon bass drum hoop clamp features locking claws that move independently from the pedal frame. Even if the bass drum is pitched at a severe angle, the pedal remains flat to the floor and securely clamped to the drum for the utmost comfort and security
The Falcon is equipped with interchangeable cams to suit each player’s individual style. The “Glide” cam offers an equal amount of inertia from the beginning to the end of the stroke, while the “Pursuit” cam is recommended for increased power and maximum impact. The reversible beater head comes with interchangeable 10 gram and 20 gram inserts. By choosing one of these weights (or playing without any additional weight at all) the player can choose the desired degree of centrifugal force.
The Falcon’s footboard design provides the feel of a longer board without the additional weight and mass. A lighter footboard provides greater control with less fatigue and its uniquely sculpted profile allows the players to position his foot at any angle and operate the pedal with minimal expended energy, making even the most intricate patterns seem effortless.
The footboard angle and beater angle are independently adjustable, enabling the player to fine-tune the ideal combination of playing comfort and force of stroke. The footboard and heel plate are hinged using an exclusive sealed bearing mechanism that offers zero resistance and secure operation with no lateral movement.
The Byzance Dark big apple dark ride is a specially developed ride which meets the requirements of old school jazz. This cymbal features a dark timbre, a small bell and distinctive large bow offers a full-bodied sound. Dark cymbals are not lathed and have their original appearance and sound characteristic. They are distinguished by an earthy sound with a fairly short sustain.
